Financial Guidance

Fear, anxiety and stress are common responses among cancer patients and their families. Add in the burden of financial concerns, and anyone could easily feel overwhelmed. At Goshen Center for Cancer Care, we walk side-by-side with you throughout every part of your care, including offering financial guidance. Each step of the way, our financial advocate will work with you to choose the best financial option, address any issues and simplify the process to make it as efficient as possible. It’s our promise to do everything possible to ensure you get the most complete care available, regardless of your ability
to pay.

Insurance Payment

We accept most insurance providers. And we’ll work with you one-on-one to help you understand your policy and ensure you receive full benefits from your insurance provider. We can also help with specific questions about insurance verification and prepayment requirements. To do so, we must have complete information about your coverage, as each insurer has specific requirements that must be met prior to consultation and treatment. Goshen Center for Cancer Care and 1st Source Bank have joined together to offer a flexible and affordable financing solution for your cancer care. Our partnership with
1st Source Bank will enable you to consider more options for payment plans that have greater flexibility and, in many cases, lower your monthly payment over an extended period of time.

This financing option offers you:
• competitive fixed rate
• reasonable monthly payments
• minimum loan amount of $500
• no penalty for early repayment
• the convenience of closing your loan at any 1st Source banking center

Financial Assistance

For those patients unable to pay all or a portion of their balance and who are unable to qualify for aid through federal and state government programs, a financial assistance program is available. To complete the preliminary steps, please download and print our Financial Assistance Application and Agreement, obtaining the additional required documentation.
